    To get started, twist right (clockwise) to uncap the refill and twist left (counter-clockwise) to attach it to the plug.
    Always keep your plug and fragrance refill upright. (Bonus: our rotating plug lets you use a vertical or horizontal outlet!)
    Because Wallflowers refills contain fragrance oils that may damage finished surfaces and some plastics, always keep a 12" clearance above your plug to prevent damage to surrounding surfaces.

    Buyer must send email stating or inquiring about item before shipment or within 4 Days of receiving item to be eligible for a POTENTIAL refund or replacement. Any emails received after the 4 day period will be ineligible for a refund. Once the package is returned in the same condition (minus

    or defect) a partial refund minus return delivery charges will be issued. If the item was damaged during return delivery process I can not be held

    Refunds or replacements are issued only for defective items!  If item(S) is not defected all return labels are the responsibility of the buyer.
