Patch Text: SCOUT BOWL-A-THON 1984 DUTCHESS COUNTY COUNCIL
In 1996 Dutchess County Council #374 merged with Rockland County Council #683 and Hudson-Delware Council #392 to become Hudson Valley Council #374. Currently this new councils serves the New York Counties of Dutchess, Rockland, Orange, Sullivan and Pike County in Pennsylvania.
