Patch Text:  C OUNCIL '52 AMPOREE
Around 1972 Orange Empire Area Council #39 merged with North Orange Council #37 (aka Northern Orange County Council #37) to re-form Orange County Council #39 (OCC). As a result in 1973 the Order of the Arrow cog famous Wiatava Lodge #13 was formed from the merger of San Gorgonio Lodge #298 and Ahwahnee Lodge #430.
