Vintage Art Deco Dunhill Expulsit Bakelite Spring Loaded Slide Top Pop Up Cigarette Case
A vintage (1930s) plastic or bakelite Dunhill Expulsit cigarette case(appearance reminds wood veneer). It works by a series of springs inside the case, beneath the cigarettes as the top slider (with the Dunhill name) is moved the cigarette pops out of the case. This case holds 10 cigarettes. Each cigarette has its own pop up spring. All in good working order. I would describe the color as a dark blackish maroon. There are no chips or cracks. It looks so cool despite its age. You would not find a similar one on eBay. Even last twenty years auctions had very few listed and sold. There are probably not many of them survived in such condition.
Dimensions: approximately 3 1/4" high, 3 1/2" wide and 1/2" thick.
